Last updated: January 1, 2026
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity, and Workfloe, concerning your access to and use of our enterprise automation platform.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Workfloe's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- modify or copy the materials;
- use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
- attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Workfloe's website;
- remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
- transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.
This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Workfloe at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.
3. Prohibited Activities
You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. The Site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us. As a user of the Site, you agree not to:
- Systematically retrieve data or other content from the Site to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us.
- Make any unauthorized use of the Site, including collecting usernames and/or email addresses of users by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email, or creating user accounts by automated means or under false pretenses.
- Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Site, including features that prevent or restrict the use or copying of any Content or enforce limitations on the use of the Site and/or the Content contained therein.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the Site or the networks or services connected to the Site.
4. Disclaimer
The materials on Workfloe's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. Workfloe makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
Further, Workfloe does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site. We do not guarantee that our platform will run error-free or uninterrupted.
5. Limitations
In no event shall Workfloe or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Workfloe's website, even if Workfloe or a Workfloe authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
6. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state or location.
